A competition to design and develop the historical town square at the center of Magdiel. The idea suggests a new integrated complex of retail office space and residential buildings, which will constitute the new heart of the town. Concentrated structures of this type allow wide new parks and recreation areas, including a school, and a university, as well as new surrounding neighborhoods.
The entry has received an honorable mentioned prize.
