An ideological competition to design a gender-equal synagogue. The entry organizes seating in an amphitheatre-like arrangement, overlooking a "stage", thus avoiding the need for traditional partitions between men and women. The walls and roof can be slided to reveal the inner space to the outer court. The exposure allows for congregation events. The entry won 1st prize.
